Required Skills: •Serve as the subject matter expert for semiconductor functional safety and cybersecurity in automotive applications. •Evaluate semiconductor components for ISO 26262 compliance at the component level, including SEooC and proven-in-use devices. •Review supplier safety work products, including FMEDAs, Safety Manuals, failure mode analyses, and supporting technical evidence. •Assess safety mechanisms, diagnostic coverage, reliability assumptions, and hardware safety metrics such as SPFM, LFM, and PMHF. •Ensure functional safety requirements, assumptions, and mechanisms are documented, traceable, and aligned with target ASIL levels. •Lead cybersecurity assessments of automotive semiconductors in alignment with ISO/SAE 21434 expectations. •Evaluate security capabilities such as secure boot, hardware root of trust, cryptography, authentication, secure communications, memory protection, and firmware update protection. •Partner cross-functionally with suppliers and engineering teams while providing technical leadership, standards development, review guidance, and mentoring.
