Qualifications: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent experience). •6–10+ years of experience in HV battery systems, functional safety, or vehicle safety engineering. •Hands‑on experience with battery safety analyses (SFMEA, DFMEA, HARA) and requirements development. •Solid functional working knowledge of global battery safety and vehicle regulations (R100, FMVSS, CE, NCAP, UN38.3). •Demonstrated capacity to interpret test data and CAE results and convert them into clear engineering decisions. •Demonstrated success in cross‑functional execution in fast‑paced product development environments. •Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex safety topics to non‑experts. •Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and comfort operating in high‑responsibility, regulatory‑driven roles.
