Hiring: Technical Services Supervisor Company: Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom Location: Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 10:33:01 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : R About the job Experience: •8+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience Required Skills: •The position directly supervises the Development Technical Services team and serves as a primary technical escalation point for manufacturing operations. •Lead and mentor Technical Services Scientists supporting process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing activities •Serve as the technical lead for assigned development products, establishing process understanding, control strategies, and manufacturing readiness. •Develop scale-up strategies and identify/mitigate technical risks associated with new product introduction. •Provide technical support for packaging development, packaging studies, and packaging-related investigations •Author, review, and approve technical documentation including protocols, reports, batch records, change controls, SOPs, and regulatory submission materials. •Support exhibit batch manufacturing and assess process capability and manufacturing readiness. •Evaluate manufacturing equipment and facility capabilities for new products; identify equipment or facility gaps and work with Engineering on equipment requirements and URS development. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another related scientific discipline •, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs and FDA regulatory requirements •Process development, scale-up, technology transfer, manufacturing troubleshooting, and validation •Demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing investigations and resolving technical issues. •Strong technical writing, analytical, communication, and presentation skills. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively influence and collaborate across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory, R&D, and other functions. •People-management or supervisory experience strongly preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support flexible manufacturing schedules as needed.
