Ensure adherence to basic security hygiene (IAM, encryption, vulnerability patching) and industry compliance regulations (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). •Project Governance & ITSM Lead core PM knowledge areas (scope, scheduling, risk identification, resources, and quality management) while implementing IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, including change management, incident resolution, SLAs, and post-deployment support. •Financial & Stakeholder Alignment Manage IT Capex vs. Opex budgets, estimate cloud cost consumption, oversee software licensing models, and translate technical complexity into executive-level business impacts while managing third-party vendors. Qualifications: •Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience. •IT project management experience overseeing cloud, infrastructure, and / or security projects. •Understanding of network engineering, system integrations, APIs, and multi-cloud strategies. •Expertise in SDLC methodologies and IT financial management. •Operational familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD practices, cybersecurity standards, and ITSM/ITIL frameworks. •Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. •Target salary range $120,001 - $160,000.
