Required Skills: •Technical Services Manager •Provides technical support for mechanical, electrical, quality, communication, and installation issues for Nextpower’s customers worldwide, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer production value •Interface with customers or installers to plan network configuration and adjust field equipment to comply with the plans •Interface with field personnel to commission projects and troubleshoot problems •Test and commission Nextpower tracker installations and provide training to onsite Nextpower employees and partner companies •Provide tracker controller expertise, supporting controller commissioning process and on-going maintenance •Manage controller commissioning process for customer acceptance of Nexpower tracker installations for placement of warranty Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of customer and technical support for Utility-scale and DG projects •Extensive experience with power generation troubleshooting & various controls systems •Extensive experience with solar tracking systems •Strong drive for Renewable Energy Industry Development •Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications •Proficiency in Salesforce Service cloud •Proficiency in dealing with customer support and O&M issues Compensation: •$100,000 - $110,000 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
