Required Skills: •The position supports a broad range of Technical Services activities including product release, manufacturing technical support, customer requirements, food safety programs, technical data systems, and performance reporting. •Capture technical and manufacturing data from multiple sources and ensure information is accurate, complete, and entered into the appropriate systems. •Develop, maintain, and communicate technical performance reports and dashboards for leadership and internal stakeholders. •Analyze data to identify trends, emerging risks, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement. •Maintain and report key performance indicators, including First Time Right, foreign material trends, audit results, product performance, and other Technical Services metrics. •Escalate out-of-specification results, adverse trends, or significant technical issues to appropriate Technical Services and Operations leadership. •Product Release & Technical Support •Coordinate and continuously improve positive release processes for applicable finished goods. Qualifications: •Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and interruptions. •Demonstrated capacity to analyze technical information and support resolution of complex problems. •Demonstrated capacity to meet established reporting, documentation, and project deadlines. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in both office and manufacturing environments. •This position works within both office and manufacturing environments. •Manufacturing support may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and exposure to operating equipment, coffee dust, noise, and strong odors. •Personal protective equipment and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices are required when working within designated manufacturing areas.
