Hiring: Technical Recruiting Manager – Agency – Full-Desk Opportunity Company: Enterprise Peak Location: Chicago, IL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-14 15:06:29 Employment Type: Contract / Remote Target Skills & Keywords : R About the job Experience: •6-10 years of professional recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry •10 years of professional recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry Required Skills: •Train, coach, and mentor members of the recruiting team, and lead by example through hands-on recruiting activities. •Interview, negotiate with, and deploy technical consultants onto projects. •Draft, revise, and submit proposals of candidates to our clients. •Direct recruiting efforts through strategic initiatives and active collaboration with adjacent teams. •Lead hands-on client correspondence to drive forward executive decision-making and ensure consultants get deployed. •Develop key performance indicators (KPI) for members of the recruiting team and drive the adherence to these processes. •Willingness to work a minimum of 50 hours per week Qualifications: •You are a disciplined Manager / Lead recruiter in a high-performance staffing environment. •This role is part of a Full-Desk rotational program •, focused on giving you the knowledge needed to grow into a fully versed team member. •This role would be ideal for a manager or experienced lead Recruiter with 6-10 years of professional recruiting experience in the technical staffing industry •Please note: this is not an HR role.
