Required Skills: •To help build the team behind an AI product transforming tax and accounting. •Own searches from first outreach through signed offer, work directly with hiring managers, and help us figure out how Additive should hire as we scale. Engineering will be the biggest focus, but you will recruit across the company as needed. •We care a lot about quality, speed, and candidate experience.
