Required Skills: •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical and engineering positions within the AEC industry. •Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract both active and passive candidates. •Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, interviews, and qualifications assessments. •Build and maintain a strong network of qualified technical professionals for current and future opportunities. •Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing communication, guidance, and market insight. •Develop creative and proactive recruiting strategies to reach qualified candidates from diverse backgrounds. •Utilize LinkedIn, ATS platforms, recruiting databases, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage talent. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity within the ATS. Qualifications: •Strong communication and relationship-building skills. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively assess candidates' experience, skills, and overall fit for a position. •Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities. •Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of recruiting assignments. •Strong attention to detail and follow-through. •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. •A genuine interest in learning the AEC industry and developing expertise in technical recruiting. •A degree is not required if you have relevant recruiting experience and a proven track record of success.
