This role involves close collaboration with development teams, stakeholders, and clients. The Technical PM will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet business and technical goals. •Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop comprehensive project plans. •Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to all stakeholders. •Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure projects stay on track and within budget. •Partner cross-functionally with and support project team members, sharing updates and escalating issues to senior team members as needed. •Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. •Leverages AI as a force multiplier — using emerging tools and workflows to elevate the quality and speed of every deliverable. •Projects are delivered on time and within budget, with risks proactively managed, milestones met, and resources efficiently allocated. Qualifications: •5–7 years of experience in technical project management or related delivery role. •In-depth knowledge of modern front-end technologies and digital ecosystems (e.g., React, Next.js, headless CMS) — sufficient to engage credibly with technical teams. •Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. •Operational familiarity with Atlassian products. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; or related experience. •PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. •Very minimal. Occasional travel may be required for team offsites, company events, or key client engagements.
