Other duties may be assigned: •Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. •Coordinate activities across IT team, business teams, vendors, and external partners. •Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items. •Prepare executive dashboards and status reports and facilitate governance meetings. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree strongly desired •5+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects is required. •In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT environments and technology delivery. •Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. •Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. •PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification preferred. •Projects delivered on time and within budget. •Effective management of risks, dependencies, and stakeholders. •Successful vendor selection, contract negotiation, and implementation oversight. •Clear executive visibility into project status, risks, budgets, and outcomes.
