Required Skills: •The Technical Project Manager – ERP will lead the cross‑functional delivery of Oracle ERP–related technology initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and modernization efforts. •This role will play a key part in work associated with our transition from Qualifications: •Proven delivery experience with ERP platforms (Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud strongly preferred). •Demonstrated success coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, data teams, QA, SMEs, and vendors. •Strong discipline in planning, dependency management, RAID tracking, and executive‑level communication. •Demonstrated capacity to simplify complex topics, influence without authority, and move teams from ambiguity to clarity. •Demonstrated experience using AI‑enabled tools to support project and program management activities (e.g., planning, analysis, reporting, risk management, or communications). •Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering migrations from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. •Operational familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, middleware, iPaaS), release management, and data concepts. •Understanding of business process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies. •PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications (nice to have, not required).
