Required Skills: •Drive and execute projects, including delivering project outcomes, finding innovative solutions, managing client expectations, and managing internal project resources. •Create and execute project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success. •Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests - including tasks, deliverables, milestones, resources, and estimated costs. Act as the primary point of contact for the client(s) throughout the project life-cycle. •Accurately forecast and control revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects. •Identify new project or expansion opportunities and convert them into pipeline deals, projects, and add-ons. •Pre‑Sales & Solution Support — Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities, lead discovery calls, develop solution outlines, estimate effort, and draft Statements of Work. •Facilitate discovery workshops to surface business goals, data flows, and technical constraints. Translate findings into user stories, wireframes, and/or architecture diagrams or prototypes using Figma, Cursor, or Copilot. •Understand and synthesize prospect requirements and constraints to creatively design and demonstrate solution visions—through prototypes, demos, or decks—that unlock tangible value for prospects, utilizing applied AI.
