We are currently looking for a Technical Project Lead to support our customer’s technical research and development efforts. This position will lead developments within the design, integration, and testing of advanced electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) systems across maritime, airborne, and expeditionary platforms. We are currently looking for a Technical Project Lead to support our customer’s technical research and development efforts. This position will lead developments within the design, integration, and testing of advanced electro-optical and infrared (EO/IR) systems across maritime, airborne, and expeditionary platforms. This position offers hands on experience working with cutting edge imaging technologies, sensor payloads, and embedded electronics in dynamic, mission driven environments. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline with 2+ years of hands-on relevant experience. •Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret clearance (interim clearance is required to start). Please note, US Citizenship is required to obtain a secret clearance. •Demonstrated experience working in engineering development environments involving sensor or imaging systems, particularly complex electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) hardware systems. •Proven ability to analyze technical work and assess schedule feasibility, risks, and dependencies, particularly in hardware development and integration efforts. •Experience working with or supporting program schedules, task planning, or engineering execution tracking. •Proficiency in understanding engineering lifecycle processes, including design, integration, test, and validation of complex systems. •Ability to engage with cross-functional teams to understand technical scope, complexity, and risks across EO/IR systems and supporting subsystems. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in planning and execution. •Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, actionable insights for program leadership. •Ability to translate complex technical work into clear, concise communication for both technical and non-technical audiences, supporting program reporting and decision making. •Demonstrated Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
