Hiring: Technical Program Manager Company: Net2Source (N2S) Location: Santa Clara, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 10:27:53 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Agile About the job Experience: •8+ years leading ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise transformation programs Required Skills: •Lead the Cost Dimension workstream for the Supply Chain and Order Management SAP ERP implementation •Partner with GPOs and functional leaders across Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Cost Operations, Hyperscaler Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT •Align cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, priorities, dependencies, and implementation decisions •Partner with SAP functional teams, solution architects, and system integrators to deliver solutions aligned with SAP best practices •Drive activities across strategic sourcing, direct procurement, supplier management, procurement operations, cost operations, hyperscaler procurement, spend analytics, S2P processes, and master data •Help architect solutions that align with industry standards, minimizing customizations •Lead workshops, design reviews, and issue resolution sessions •Manage cutover planning and deployment readiness activities Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field •Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or Workstream Lead on SAP ERP implementations •Industry experience in high-tech manufacturing, data storage, networking, electronics, semiconductor, or other complex hardware industries (preferred) •PMP, Agile, SAP, or related certifications (plus) •START DATE and END DATE are fixed.
