Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with Microservices and related technologies •Operational familiarity with SOAP and REST Web Services and related technologies (JAX-WS, JAX-RS, XML Technologies). •BA or BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. •Knowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution is strongly required (5+ years preferable). •In-depth knowledge of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities. •Prior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment. •Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure. •Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to interact confidently with front-office users. •Knowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes is mandatory. •Demonstrated capacity to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training.
