Required Skills: •8 + years of Technical Project Management •Proven experience leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects or small-to-medium programs involving multiple cross-functional teams. •Strong ability to communicate objectives, priorities, timelines, and delivery status to stakeholders at all levels. •Demonstrated success managing project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes. •Demonstrated capacity to provide end-to-end visibility into project health through effective reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communications. •Track record of delivering solutions that meet client and business expectations for functionality, quality, schedule, and cost. •Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. •Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across business, technology, and operational teams. Qualifications: •Operational familiarity with Microservices and related technologies •Operational familiarity with SOAP and REST Web Services and related technologies (JAX-WS, JAX-RS, XML Technologies). •BA or BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. •Knowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution is strongly required (5+ years preferable). •In-depth knowledge of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities. •Prior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment. •Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure. •Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to interact confidently with front-office users. •Knowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes is mandatory. •Demonstrated capacity to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training.
