Qualifications: •Technical Program Leadership: Proven capability driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs to successful completion within information security, enterprise technology, GRC, or infrastructure environments. •Governance & Operational Expertise: Mastery in program lifecycle management—including risk mitigation, dependency mapping, scorecards/metrics, and executive-level reporting. •Process Optimization & Ambiguity Navigation: Demonstrated success in building scalable operating models, standardizing workflows, and instilling clarity within fast-paced, evolving technical organizations. •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a track record of bridging technical details and business strategy to align engineering teams and executive leadership. •We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, UT office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave. •Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
