Required Skills: •DailyPay is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) •What You Will Be Responsible For Lead architecture, design, implementation and deployment of large-scale critical and complex financial applications, owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end, through full stack software development. •Partner closely with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and other teams to define program scope, requirements, and deliverables. •Establish clear and consistent communication channels. Provide regular updates on program status, progress, and blockers to all stakeholders, including senior leadership. •Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring seamless integration and coordination. •Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Develop contingency plans and escalate issues as appropriate. •Continuously evaluate and improve program & portfolio management processes, leveraging Artificial intelligence (AI) to drive continuous improvement, automation initiatives, and efficiencies. •Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and drive alignment on program goals through clear communication, trust, and shared accountability.
