These initiatives will enable the success of the Mission Autonomy Business Line •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, other program managers, chief engineers, test and evaluation, business operations, and finance to meet objectives •Actively facilitate and support execution of functional engineering roadmaps to ensure they align with long-term strategic bets and program needs •Lead execution of early-phase programs that have been won through the capture process. This will involve external customer relationship management Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited institution •Willingness to travel, this is a travel heavy opportunity (up to 70%) •Deep familiarity with subsystems and knowledge of robotics systems that you have previously worked on •Evidence in understanding technical tradeoffs and how to reduce risk through key development efforts •Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently •Proven experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing engineering teams, and interacting with leadership stakeholders •Outstanding communication abilities, adept at conveying intricate plans and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance •Direct experience in leading product development related to or Unmanned Vehicle (UxV) development within the robotics sectors •Knowledge of hardware + software development practices and best practices for autonomous robotics systems Compensation: •$129,000 - $171,000 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package •Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
