Required Skills: •Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of program sprints, for True Anomaly’s missile defense program. •Own program execution: define delivery plans, manage scope and milestones, and drive accountability across engineering and cross-functional teams. •Serve as the primary delivery interface with internal engineering and program office on the execution of the program, compiling metrics on program health and status •Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans in partnership with engineering, ensuring alignment with engineering architecture and mission needs. •Participate in architectural discussions, highlighting risks, identifying gaps, and ensuring decisions support delivery timelines, security posture, and system reliability. •Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies across engineering, production, security and program office; maintain a real-time dependency map for all initiatives. •Track program performance using execution metrics (velocity, predictability, defect trends, release readiness) and drive continuous improvement. •Proactively identify and manage risks, tradeoffs, and blockers; escalate and recommend decisions when schedule, scope, or resources misalign.
