In this role, you will support Enterprise customers across multiple Axon products, including Fusus, helping them address meaningful operational challenges through scalable, integrated software solutions. •Reports To: Manager, Professional Services •Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and additional Axon products. •Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes, operational goals, and system considerations across multiple stakeholders. •Translate customer needs into clear, structured business artifacts, including functional requirements, user stories, workflows, and process documentation. •Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to support the design and delivery of multi-product solutions. •Interface directly with customers to configure Axon software solutions in alignment with business objectives and organizational needs. •Evaluate solution options and trade-offs, providing practical input that supports sustainable and scalable outcomes.
