Required Skills: •Own one or more major subsystems, projects and/or programs at Harbinger. •Develop and maintain project plans to launch product improvements. •Partner cross-functionally with engineering teams and cross-functional partners to meet milestones and balance competing priorities. •Drive projects to successful completion by guiding and supporting engineering teams while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency. •Understand the critical path(s) for assigned areas; identify, report and resolve roadblocks •Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely parts release, ordering, delivery and implementation. •Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to address part shortages or delays. •Engineering Process Support Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline.
