Required Skills: •Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders as the ultimate owner of a Program. •Program Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical initiatives, from defining requirements, through final deployment and ATO. This includes creating detailed project plans, schedule and dependency tracking, and resource strategies. •Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential technical and operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive the resolution of issues and impediments before they arise. •Cross-functional Leadership: Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams ensuring everyone is aligned on goals and progress. •Technical Expertise: Understand the architecture and positively influence engineering and support decisions. •Process Improvement: Define, implement, and refine program management processes and best practices to increase efficiency and execution quality.
