Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced •Technical Program Manager (TPM) •To lead complex engineering programs and customer engagements from planning through delivery. This role serves as the bridge between customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders, driving execution across ASIC, FPGA, hardware, firmware, software, and electrical engineering initiatives. •The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with prior hands-on engineering experience and can effectively lead technical discussions, manage customer relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams. •Lead end-to-end execution of complex engineering programs. •Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing weekly updates and program reviews. •Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables. •Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, and electrical engineering. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. •7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or Technical Project Leadership. •Prior hands-on experience in ASIC, FPGA, embedded systems, firmware, hardware, or semiconductor development. •Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. •Candidates must have prior hands-on engineering experience and the ability to engage with technical teams on development, risks, and delivery strategies. •PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
