Required Skills: •Deliver instructor-led and/or virtual technical training programs for customers, channel partners, and internal personnel. •Provide hands-on instruction covering system installation, programming, commissioning, networking, maintenance, and troubleshooting. •Support product launches, certification programs, and customer enablement initiatives. •Adapt training methods to meet the needs of diverse technical and non-technical audiences. •Travel as needed to support remote training and customer engagement activities. •Curriculum Development •Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, labs, assessments, eLearning /video content, and job aids. •Partner cross-functionally with Instructional Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to ensure content reflects current products, firmware releases, and industry best practices. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or Equivalent •Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Fire Protection Technology, Education, or a related field. •Knowledge of fire alarm programming, commissioning, networking, and troubleshooting. •Operational familiarity with NFPA 72 and applicable regulatory requirements. •Multilingual capabilities and experience working with channel partners. •Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 60%. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms.
