Required Skills: •Own and prioritize a technically detailed backlog, ensuring stories include system behaviors, integration needs, and data considerations. •Partner with engineering and architecture to refine functional and non‑functional requirements, identify technical constraints, and validate feasibility. •User Story & System Specification Development •Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, data rules, API requirements, and system interaction flows for engineering and QA. •Agile Technical Delivery Leadership •Lead technical backlog refinement, sprint planning, engineering alignment, demos, UAT coordination, and release readiness. •Dependency & Integration Management •Identify upstream/downstream dependencies, manage cross‑team integration points, and ensure alignment across Retirement Partner systems. Qualifications: •For system and data flow modeling. •For reviewing wireframes and collaborating with UX/design teams. •Operational familiarity with APIs, data models, SQL, or system integration concepts.
