Required Skills: •Lead and oversee supporting the product team through detailed requirements analysis, mapping validation, requirements workbook preparation, status tracking, release validation, and cross-functional communication for the HRS SF424 product area. Qualifications: •U.S. work authorization is required. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business administration, research administration, public administration, science, computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, mathematics, or another analytical, business, scientific, or technology-related field. •Demonstrated capacity to develop a strong working understanding of SF-424 forms, federal grant application packages, proposal development workflows, budgets, subawards, attachments, and Grants.gov system-to-system submissions. •Business Analysis & Requirements Management •Strong ability to document clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, validation notes, decision logs, open questions, assumptions, and stakeholder-facing summaries. •Demonstrated capacity to translate messy, incomplete, ambiguous, or highly technical input into structured analysis, actionable next steps, and engineering-ready requirements. •Demonstrated capacity to compare source materials, generated outputs, system behavior, stakeholder feedback, and test results to identify discrepancies, gaps, risks, and required corrections. •High attention to detail, balanced with the judgment to keep work moving forward, escalate appropriately, and distinguish must-fix issues from items that can be deferred or documented. •Working understanding of enterprise software, SaaS products, forms engines, rules engines, data mappings, integrations, APIs, XML or JSON, schemas, data flows, configuration, attachments, error handling, and release validation. •Demonstrated capacity to read and discuss technical artifacts such as field mapping files, schema definitions, architectural diagrams, repository structures, generated outputs, test results, and non-functional considerations at a business analyst level.
