We offer a flexible work environment with a family friendly work-life balance. •What A Great Candidate Looks Like •You hold a BS or MS in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related technical field, and have 2+ years of product management or associate product management experience with platform, infrastructure, API, or enterprise-facing products •You have shipped enterprise-grade capabilities such as SSO/SAML/SCIM, role-based access control, audit logging, multi-tenancy, entitlements, admin tooling, or data retention and residency controls •You have helped scale products by improving throughput, latency, reliability, fault tolerance, capacity, or cost efficiency as customer and usage demands grew •You are technically fluent and comfortable working directly with APIs, relational databases, and SQL, and understand API design considerations such as authentication, versioning, pagination, rate limiting, webhooks, and batch versus real-time tradeoffs •You use data and operational metrics to guide product decisions and prioritization, including metrics such as p95/p99 latency, error rates, SLOs, capacity headroom, and product usage •You understand agile software development and can effectively partner with Engineering and other technical stakeholders, using tools such as Jira and GitHub •You have strong user empathy and can translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements, including when the end user is another engineering team Compensation: •$130,000 - $160,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
