Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or relevant field. •Demonstrated healthcare domain expertise across provider or payer environments, healthcare operations, clinical and financial workflows, healthcare data, privacy, and regulatory considerations. •Technical fluency sufficient to interpret system diagrams, data flows, APIs, and code-level tradeoffs and to participate substantively in architecture and engineering discussions. •Hands-on experience using AI tools, LLM APIs, agent frameworks, low-code tools, analytics environments, or equivalent methods to prototype and validate product ideas. •Proven ability to lead continuous customer discovery, manage roadmaps and backlogs, influence across a matrixed organization, and own outcomes from concept through post-launch performance. •Solid functional working knowledge of SQL, analytics and visualization platforms, cloud-native and modern data architectures, multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven systems, API design, and observability tooling.
