Required Skills: •Partner cross-functionally with other engineering groups, team leads, and product management to design, document, develop, and maintain embedded software solutions to meet customer needs. •Define, develop, and administer customer facing product evaluation programs and roadmaps •Provide on-site critical customer consultations when required. •Use of Agentic AI to create and maintain Product Documentation including user manuals, quick start guides, and technical documentation. Provide support to regionalize documents as needed. •Project Sponsor and interface with Project Management team to approve change requests. •Analyze competitor products, documenting strengths, and deficiencies in core functionality. •Skilled at documenting and troubleshooting using appropriate tools and techniques (Gitlab, Cursor, Smartsheet). •BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline with 8+ years of professional engineering experience in designing, developing, analyzing networking products.
