Required Skills: •Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of paper, pulp, and related manufacturing processes. •Evaluate and interpret paper samples to support product development, quality initiatives, and technical investigations. •Quality Management •Lead and maintain the plant's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS). •Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. •Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives. •Monitor and improve key quality performance metrics. •Technical Support & Process Improvement Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. •Proficiency in laboratory testing methods, analytical techniques, and related tools. •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP requirements, and relevant industry standards, with the ability to interpret and implement these requirements within plant systems. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. •Demonstrated awareness of emerging technologies and their application to improve operational efficiency. •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. •Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams through both direct and matrix management structures. •Strong project management capabilities. •Comprehensive knowledge of paper pulp manufacturing processes and related operations. •Ability and willingness to perform regular fieldwork in plant, laboratory, and operational environments.
