Required Skills: •Lead the architecture and implementation of AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Analytics solutions. •Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready technical solutions. •Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and solution design to deployment and optimisation. •Guide teams of Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Architects, and Developers. •Review solution designs, data pipelines, AI models, integrations, and cloud deployments. •Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders, client teams, and delivery leadership to ensure successful outcomes. •Identify technical risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. •Support solutioning, estimation, and technical proposals for new AI/Data opportunities. Qualifications: •Proven experience delivering multiple AI, Machine Learning, Data Platform, or Advanced Analytics initiatives. •Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Modelling, and Cloud-based Analytics platforms. •Applied hands-on capability in Azure and/or AWS data and AI services. •Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps. •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. •Delivery management or programme leadership experience is a plus but not required. •Deliver production-ready AI and Data solutions that create measurable business value. •Drive technical direction and engineering quality across multiple initiatives.
