Required Skills: •As a Technical Instructor, you will learn SENS products and gradually develop into an independent technical instructor. You will work alongside experienced instructors, engineers, field service personnel, and our digital content team to turn technical knowledge into practical learning experiences. •Learn SENS products, electrical fundamentals, applications, installation practices, and troubleshooting methods. •Assist with and eventually independently deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on technical training. •Demonstrate equipment operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. •Prepare and maintain training equipment, labs, demonstrations, and instructional materials. •Help evaluate students through written assessments, hands-on exercises, and practical demonstrations. •Interface directly with Engineering, Field Service, Product Management, and Customer Support to understand real-world technical issues. •Help improve training presentations, procedures, labs, and technical documentation.
