Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of data engineering and application development initiatives. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, delivery management, Agile execution, and customer engagement. •The ideal candidate will be hands-on in managing day-to-day sprint activities while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and product owners to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. •Lead day-to-day delivery across data engineering, application development, APIs, analytics, and reporting initiatives. •Manage Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. •Develop and maintain sprint plans, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource assignments. •Track tasks and user stories in Jira, ensuring clear ownership, acceptance criteria, estimates, and timely completion. •Interface directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-defined features and user stories. •Partner with technical architects and engineering teams to validate solution approaches, estimates, and implementation plans. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. •10+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 4 years in a technical delivery or program management role. •Demonstrated experience leading Agile teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams. •Strong experience in requirements analysis, backlog management, user-story development, estimation, and sprint execution. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong customer-management and stakeholder-engagement capabilities. •Proven ability to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and escalations in a fast-paced environment. •Databricks or Microsoft Azure certifications. •Operational familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, security, and production support. •Technically strong and comfortable engaging with architects and engineers.
