Exceptional writing skills in a variety of styles for brochures, bylined articles, web copy, scripts, speeches, business forms and documents, etc. Writes with clarity and structure, ensuring that content is easy to navigate and understand for the intended audience •Demonstrated capacity to make sound judgments quickly regarding sensitive information and represent the Bank in a variety of highly visible situations with integrity and professionalism Required Skills: •Promotes business value and brand equity; this includes developing and managing internal/external communications, marketing and branding, digital content and video design, as well as support for financial reporting and events •Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on aligning the Bank’s mission and working with our members, employees and the community •Contributes to the management of the Bank’s external affairs and government relations portfolio to ensure accuracy and clarity of messages •Develops user manuals, guides, and online help content that clearly explains product features and functionalities •Works closely with subject matter experts and management to gather technical information and ensure accuracy in documentation •Organizes and maintains documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and accessible, using tools and templates for consistency •Reviews and edits documentation created by other team members to ensure it meets quality standards and adheres to style guides •Ensures compliance with applicable policies, procedures and regulations to ensure safe and sound business.
