Required Skills: •The Impact You Will Make •Execute and manage PO transactions for engineering components across sensors, actuators, passive components, testing tools, and custom-fabricated parts. •Track open orders, monitor lead times, and aggressively expedite critical shipments to ensure purchasing timelines align with build milestones. •Maintain an organized, up-to-date tracker of open orders with current status, tracking information, and priority for regular team review. •Manage receiving, notification and storage of components as they arrive •Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for engineering vendors. Set up introductory calls, coordinate onsite demos, and ensure the right engineering stakeholders are in the room. •Onboard new vendors into the company's purchasing systems •Own ongoing vendor account management, resolving any discrepancies with shipments, damaged goods, invoicing and returns (RMAs). Qualifications: •Preferred: BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (an engineering degree is not required, but technical familiarity is a preferred).
