Required Skills: •Quickly become familiar with client business challenges, processes, and technology landscapes in order to act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter partner to stakeholders. •Act as a key contributor on cross-functional teams through all phases of the system delivery lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and validation. •Support requirements elicitation using interviews, workshops, and collaborative working sessions to surface business needs and clarify solution intent. •Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements that guide architecture, development, testing, and deployment activities. •Partner with architects, engineers, and product teams to support solution design, including data modeling, API and integration requirements, interface definitions, and system workflows. •Analyze data to understand current-state structures, data quality, and business impact, and help define how data supports future-state solutions. •Support complex system integrations by documenting data mappings, business rules, system interactions, and upstream/downstream dependencies. •Bridge business and technical perspectives to ensure solutions are valuable, usable, scalable, and maintainable. Qualifications: •3-10+ years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Architect, or similar role working on IT related initiatives and enterprise-scale solution delivery efforts. •Prior consulting experience or demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a client-facing, advisory role. •Demonstrated experience working on multi-system implementations, enterprise applications, and complex integrations. •In-depth knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and modern cloud-based architectures. •Demonstrated capacity to write and execute SQL queries to support analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and testing efforts. •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Proficiency with common delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. •Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Salesforce, or other enterprise business platforms.
