Required Skills: •Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, external partners, vendors, and technical teams. •Support program implementations by communicating data requirements, submission standards, timelines, and business processes. •Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and process improvements. •Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, and executive-level presentations. •Validate, troubleshoot, and ensure the integrity of incoming data from external partners and internal systems. •Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Compliance, Operations, IT, Reinsurance, and other business units to resolve data-related issues. •Lead data validation initiatives, testing efforts, and process improvement projects. •Support development teams with planning, testing, implementation, and rollout of new systems and enhancements.
