This role requires strong technical expertise to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions. •This role serves as the end‑to‑end technical integrator for complex, cross‑team initiatives—owning solution coherence across platforms, surfacing dependencies and risks, and ensuring that business intent, architecture, and delivery execution remain aligned throughout the lifecycle of large-scale programs. Qualifications: •Demonstrated experience producing BA delivery artifacts (requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts) for technical implementations involving APIs, integrations, data flows, and digital channel enhancements. •Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. •Operational familiarity with accessibility, usability, and performance considerations for digital channels. •Demonstrated ability to use approved AI tools as part of daily work practices to improve speed and quality of analysis and documentation, with strong validation and accountability.
