Required Skills: •Responsibilities: •Gather and document business and technical requirements. •Create user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria. •Write SQL queries to analyze, validate, and reconcile data. •Investigate data issues, system defects, and transaction discrepancies. •Support data mapping, integrations, testing, implementations, and production issue resolution. •Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, product, and operations teams. •Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system efficiency. Qualifications: •5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role. •Experience documenting requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria. •Strong SQL and data analysis skills. •Experience with requirements gathering, SDLC, Agile, and software testing. •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. •Preferred Skills: •Banking, payments, financial services, card processing, ACH, wire, or transaction-processing experience. •Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, data warehouses, ETL, and reconciliation. •Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Power BI, or similar tools.
