Required Skills: •The Technical Account Manager role is a client-facing expert that ensures clients successfully use complex products to meet business goals. This role acts as a trusted advisor for technical support, proactive problem-solving, training, and driving satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic guidance and deep product knowledge. •Serves as the main point of contact for existing core accounts in a designated territory and identifies new targets for growth. •Conduct frequent planned visits, interacting on a recurrent basis with key customers. •Provides deep technical support, troubleshoots issues, and guides clients on product implementation, configuration, and best practices. •Proactively identify opportunities for clients to gain more value, suggest upgrades, and align technology with business objectives. •Support sales efforts by highlighting features, driving adoption, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. •Act as a conduit for customer feedback, relaying insights to development teams to improve products. •Educate clients on effective product usage, often through dedicated training sessions. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree required with a preferred area of study in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical degree. •Strong technical aptitude in relevant products/industry. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences. •Problem solving and analytical skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular). •Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. •This role is hybrid, rotating between in-office and remote work environments. Access to reliable internet is a requirement. •This position requires up to 50% travel. Frequent travel is both local and outside the local area. Some travel is overnight. •This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
