SOPs for onboarding, offboarding, and lead routing. Templates, checklists, and workflows that make execution repeatable and error-proof. •Kill manual bottlenecks with automation •Identify repetitive work and eliminate it with Zapier, n8n, custom scripts, or AI agents. Proactively build the systems the next stage of growth will need before things break. •Own the ClickUp workspace end to end •Spaces, folders, lists, views, automations, and integrations. Every task tracked, assigned, deadlined, and owned. Flag slipping work, run weekly task reviews, and build dashboards that give leadership instant visibility. •Troubleshoot CRM and automation fires •Close.io and GoHighLevel issues: sequences firing wrong, lead data not syncing, calendar integrations breaking, forms not flowing into the CRM, stage automations not triggering, SMS configuration across international leads. Qualifications: •Proven experience building and managing operational systems in a fast-moving company. Agency, SaaS, or coaching/education preferred. •Strong with project management tools, ideally ClickUp (or Asana/Monday with willingness to switch). •CRM experience with Close.io, GoHighLevel, or similar sales and marketing CRMs. •Automation builder. Comfortable shipping workflows in Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar. •AI-proficient. You actively use AI tools daily to accelerate your work. This is a hard requirement. •Detail-oriented and process-driven. You catch problems before they escalate and you document everything. •Self-starter. You identify what needs fixing without being told and take ownership of solving it. •Bonus: comfortable with APIs, webhooks, data flows, and light scripting. Supabase or PostgreSQL experience is a plus. •Bonus: you have worked in a high-growth environment where systems get built while the plane is flying. •Salary-based, set on offer based on experience.
