Required Skills: •Hadrian is looking for a Tech Lead of Operational Technology to own and build the security program protecting our autonomous factories and manufacturing ecosystem. •This role sits at the intersection of OT/ICS security, embedded systems, physical security, and supply chain assurance •. You'll be the senior technical authority responsible for protecting Hadrian's production environments from cyber-physical attacks, insider threats, IP theft, and supply chain compromise. •Build and own Hadrian's end-to-end manufacturing security strategy and architecture. •Secure OT/ICS environments across factories, including network segmentation, industrial monitoring, identity/access, and asset security. •Establish security requirements across embedded systems and hardware, including secure boot, firmware signing, hardware roots of trust, and JTAG/UART lockdown. •Assess and test factory environments across OT networks, firmware, hardware, and third-party manufacturing partners. •Protect against supply chain compromise, tampering, IP theft, insider threats, and cyber-physical attacks.
