Hiring: Team Member Company: Airc-US Location: Boston, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:40:57 About the job Required Skills: •Define the early-literacy curriculum framework (phonics, phonemic awareness, fluency, comprehension) that the product's adaptive engine is built around •Design assessment methods that let the product accurately place and re-place a child as they progress •Review and shape AI-generated content for pedagogical soundness •Design the study/pilot methodology we use to prove learning outcomes to parents and investors •Represent the company to educators, literacy researchers, and eventually school partners •Comfort translating research into practical, testable frameworks — not just theory •Genuine excitement about AI as a tool for personalized education, and patience for building alongside a still-forming product •Founder-level commitment: this is a co-founder role, not an advisory one Qualifications: •You'll be the co-founder who ensures what we build actually teaches — not just engages. You'll define the literacy framework the product is built on, design how mastery is assessed and sequenced, and work side-by-side with our technical founder to translate the science of reading into something an AI system can execute well.
