Required Skills: •Lead and support production assemblers to achieve daily safety, quality, and production targets. •Assign work and balance manpower to support production requirements. •Train, coach, and develop assemblers on work instructions, standard operating procedures, and best practices. •Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures. •Identify production issues, bottlenecks, inefficiencies and escalate concerns as appropriate. •Support troubleshooting efforts and assist in resolving production-related challenges. •Maintain staffing flexibility and cross-training matrices (Flex Charts). •Master all workstations within assigned production areas and provide hands-on support when needed. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED required. •Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, and standard operating procedures. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems preferred. •Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. •Demonstrated capacity to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds as required in a manufacturing environment. •Success In This Role Is Measured By Achievement of daily production targets. •Product quality and first-pass yield metrics.
