This role provides day-to-day technical direction, contributes directly to code and design work, and acts as the primary technical liaison for Claude partnership-related engineering questions. •Design and deliver integration work between internal products. •Write code and review technical designs as an active member of the engineering pod. •Set day-to-day technical direction and make implementation-level architecture decisions. •Escalate platform-wide architecture decisions to the Software Architect when needed. •Review code and designs from Senior Engineers and Engineers on the pod. •Serve as the primary engineering contact for Claude Integration technical questions. •Partner with the Manager, Software Development and Scrum Master on prioritization and delivery cadence. Qualifications: •Hands-on engineering background with experience designing, building, and supporting software solutions. •Proficiency with Python for services and full-stack development experience with Angular or a comparable JavaScript framework. •Solid functional working knowledge of AWS services, including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, and EKS. •Exposure to the Anthropic Claude API and MCP, or an equivalent LLM provider API and tool-use protocol. •Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or a comparable agentic framework. •Demonstrated capacity to evaluate AI-generated outputs before relying on them in development workflows. •Operational familiarity with responsible use of AI tools in software development environments.
