Qualifications: •Current full-time FreshDirect employee; six months of service preferred. •Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to lead teams with respect, accountability, and professionalism. •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. •Demonstrated capacity to hold team members accountable for attendance, productivity, quality, and performance standards. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. •Operational familiarity with warehouse, production, or inventory management systems preferred. •Demonstrated capacity to navigate operational systems and dashboards to manage workflow and performance. •Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. •Commitment to FreshDirect's values, mission, and culture.
