Must communicate well with the press crew, schedulers, and all other plant personnel. •Lead and oversee optimization of the press and working with the team to ensure an efficient and productive shift. •Equally responsible for maximizing productivity at the saw and stretch, including optimization of saw operation, following work orders closely, and constantly communicating with the saw team •Ensure that all product exiting the press and saw adheres to Almag's quality standards •Take the initiative to assign roles to team members at start of shift •Lead and oversee ensuring all team crews are up to speed in terms of training - work with General Manager to ensure team members understand all aspects of the role. •Work closely and continuously while in constant communication with the shift supervisor, maintenance, die shop, quality and scheduling teams to resolve any issues and discrepancies •Rotate individuals on press, and set break and/or lunch schedules as necessary to ensure a continuous operation Qualifications: •Minimum High school Diploma Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
