Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility. Required Skills: •This is a hands-on supervisor overseeing daily shift operations on the production floor. Work closely with machine operators and other staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment, and will be responsible for securing the facility at the end of the shift. •Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities •Supervise machine operators and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. •Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations on the production floor. •Monitor performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed to maintain high standards. •Coordinate shift changeovers and ensure accurate communication with 1st and 3rd shift leadership. •Perform regular floor checks to verify that equipment is functioning properly and operators are following standard procedures. •Assist in training new employees and cross-training current staff as needed.
