Required Skills: •Lead the company's indirect tax function, overseeing U.S. Sales & Use Tax and International VAT/GST compliance. •Manage tax filings, audits, and relationships with domestic and international tax authorities. •Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to advise on tax implications of strategic initiatives. •Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, automation, and operational efficiency. •Monitor changes in tax legislation and communicate impacts across the business. •Support financial reporting, tax provision activities, and month-end close processes. •Analyze tax data and large datasets to support planning and business decisions. •Lead and mentor members of the tax team while helping develop best practices. Qualifications: •Approximately 5+ years of indirect tax experience, including U.S. Sales & Use Tax and International VAT/GST (candidates with additional experience are encouraged to apply). •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field. •Previous leadership or people management experience, whether through direct reports, project leadership, or mentoring. •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. •CPA or Master's degree in Taxation. •Demonstrated success improving tax processes, automation, or operational efficiencies.
